Growing Like A Weed in Month Seven

I don’t know what it is about the seventh month of Henry’s life but everyday means something new to observe – whether it is his two little bottom teeth that {finally} poked out or his persistent babbling or the fact that he is trying to stand without the support of the couch these days…we constantly find ourselves saying, “busy, busy!”  That is such a simple L-I-T-T-L-E word but it carries so much meaning these days. Henry Hayes is B.U.S.Y.

What a fun month this has been as he is reaching milestones right and left and continues to be such a joy to be around.  My question I always ask him is, Are you a baby? He sure doesn’t act like one.DSCN0049 DSCN0041

We are on the move

Now that we know how to move our legs, we are on the move!

As exciting as it is to see Henry establish his independence and get to the place on the floor he wants to get to on his own, it makes for some exhausting afternoons.
Not to mention the fact that my heart hurts a little knowing that’s just ONE more thing he doesn’t need me for any longer.
